Customer Reviews
Decent service, quick scans
I signed up for the Starter plan a few months ago. The mail scanning service works fine, usually get scans within a day or two of mail arriving. Had one package forwarded, took 5 days to reach Denver, which was okay. The digital mail management is easy to use. It's a solid service for what I need.
Solid service, worth it
I'm always looking for ways to save money, so when I found Postscanmail and saw their annual billing discount, I decided to try it out. I went with the Personal Mailbox Plan. The initial setup was straightforward enough, though I had a small question about the notarization process for the 1583 form, which their customer support answered quickly via email. I picked a location in Delaware, and it took about a week for everything to be fully active after sending in the forms. Since then, I've had several pieces of mail scanned, and the quality is good. I even used the check deposit service once, and it went smoothly. For the price I paid upfront for the year, it feels like a good value compared to what other services were charging. Definitely worth the investment for someone like me who travels a lot.
Consistent and reliable mail
This is my third year with Postscanmail. I've always used their Business Mailbox Plan for my small online store. This last renewal was just as smooth as the previous ones. I mostly use it for the Real US Street Address and mail scanning, but the mail forwarding has been super reliable when I've needed it. Compared to my first year, the mobile app has gotten even better, making it easier to manage things on the go. They've consistently delivered, which is why I keep coming back.
Easy setup, great service
I signed up for the Personal Mailbox Plan and it was so easy to get started! I love being able to see all my mail scanned online. I'll definitely be using them again and telling my friends about Postscanmail!
Good for my small business
Needed a business address that wasn't my home. Postscanmail's Business Mailbox Plan worked out well. I got a real street address which is nice. Scanning is pretty quick and it's easy to tell them to forward stuff. No real complaints, it just works.
